I release Bark Barn Inc., its staff, owners and any representatives from any and all liability which I or my dog(s) may suffer during and after their stay including but not limited to injury, sickness, damage, or death resulting from participation in daycare, day boarding and overnight boarding.

I acknowledge that the dog(s) may be isolated and kept apart from other dogs, should Bark Barn Inc. in its reasonable belief or the reasonable belief of its employees, determine that the dog(s) may be in danger or may endanger other animals by virtue of its conduct, behaviour or aggressive propensities. I understand Bark Barn Inc. desires to maintain the health, reasonable care, and comfort of all dogs in their care.
  • All dogs must enter healthy, clean, and free of fleas and parasites. Since we strive to keep a clean and safe environment a grooming charge may apply if we feel your dog requires such services.
  • All dogs that use our facilities must be current on vaccines. Proof of Rabies, DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvo), and Bordetella are to be provided before check in. We accept Titer tests.
  • Dogs must be in good health and not have been ill with any communicable diseases in the last 30 days before stay at Bark Barn Inc.
  • We are not responsible for loss/damage to toys, or bedding due to chewing.
  • We reserve the right to decline future reservations for pets that are overly aggressive, display excessive barking habits, that are not clean, or show signs of stress/anxiety.
  • If your dog is left longer than 14 days without payment, you voluntarily relinquish rights of ownership. We will find a new home for your dog
  • Bark Barn Inc. may use pictures of your dog(s) during their stay for social media and advertising.
  • By signing the waiver I consent and agree to emergency medical veterinary care in the event my dog becomes ill. Bark Barn Inc. will make every attempt to contact me with the information provided by me for permission and consultation. If I am not able to be reached and my dog needs care I agree to reimburse Bark Barn Inc. for these veterinary costs.
  • I understand that dogs located in this type of atmosphere are susceptible to communicable disease despite vaccines and utmost care. Bark Barn Inc. cannot be held liable for such diseases.
  • Cancellation policy - We don't have one! If you need to cancel your reservation let us know at your earliest convenience. We will miss your dog but we probably need the break! If you need to pick up your dog(s) early, come and get them! They have smelly poop and give sloppy kisses. We only charge for the time your dog is here.
  • Kennel fees are based on a 24 hour basis with a 4 hour grace period, anything over 28 hours is charged an additional half day rate.
  • Day boarding fees are based on a 12 hour period, anything over 12hours and under 24 hours is charged an overnight boarding fee.
  • Peak pricing in effect on the following holidays- New Year's Day - Family Day - Easter - Victoria Day - Canada Day - Civic Holidays - Labour Day - Thanksgiving - Christmas & Boxing Day.
  • Daycare services are suspended during holidays and long weekends • listed above if the daycare day falls on the holiday.
  • Oral Medication should come dispensed in the original container with clear instructions on the bottle, do NOT put in zip lock bags. Oral medications must be taken willingly by your dog.
  • Payment is due upon pick up of your dog unless you have been invited to pay monthly on account.
